W Capital Group is a professional real estate company that specializes in community development, consulting and management. Our group has nearly 30 years of combined real estate experience.

We are privately held and with the assistance of our advisors are able to deliver to the fullest degree. We are focused on creating a diversified portfolio in Wisconsin and other select markets.

Our lean structure allows us to be very transparent and tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients and investors.

Development Team

Tyler Warner, Managing Member

Tyler Warner founded W Capital Group with the vision of creating a transparent real estate group dedicated to finding innovative ways to create space. His main responsibilities include: development oversight, investor relations, obtaining financing and negotiations.

Tyler Warner has many years of real estate experience. He began his real estate career with Dominium where he worked on affordable housing projects. Additionally, he has served as both a Development Manager and Investor Relations for T Wall Enterprises as well as being a partner helping start up the company, working there for 8 years. His main responsibilities were site selection, equity raising, and obtaining financing for the projects. While working at T Wall Enterprises, Tyler raised over $30 million of investor equity and assisted in securing an additional $140 million in debt financing to help fund over 1,500 Market Rate multifamily units.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Business where he received a BBA in Real Estate and Marketing.

Tyler Brudny, Development Manager

Tyler Brudny helped establish W Capital Group alongside Mr. Warner while still enrolled in the University of Wisconsin. He began working as a Real Estate Development Analyst and upon graduation Mr. Brudny took on the role of Development Manager. His main responsibilities include: feasibility/cash flow analysis, site selection, new investor procurement, creating marketing materials, and correspondence.

Tyler is a recent graduate (2018) of the University of Wisconsin School of Business earning a BBA. While in school he triple-majored in Real Estate, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.

His experience includes interning at the Jay Schmidt Group, #1 producing realty group in the area, Milwaukee, WI and a development internship at T Wall Enterprises, LLC in Middleton, WI. During his development internship, Tyler worked with proforma cash flow models and market studies on communities around Madison, WI as well as many other tasks.

Mr. Brudny is also a member of the WREAA (Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association).

George Marko, Advisor

George joined W Capital advisory board after a successful International Management Consulting career in Program and Project Management for large scale manufacturing and health care facilities. Prior to joining W Capital, George led Future Systems, Inc., conducting work in 50 countries across 5 continents for clients including General Motors, Honda, and American Axle and Mfg.. Projects for the aforementioned clients included multi-plant development and reconfigurations that ranged from $400 million to $2.2 billion for a 5-facility program in the US and Canada.

His many years in the design / build arena from his early days with H.K Ferguson / Morrison Knudsen, Gilbane Building Company, and his own firm Future Systems, brings a comprehensive knowledge of architecture, construction, and real estate imperatives. He oversaw building and facilities development in excess of $6 billion. Currently, George manages private real estate portfolios for family trusts and an international closely held group US-NL-D partners focused on residential holdings in resort markets, and as an advisory board member for a fast-growing Canadian development and investment firm in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).

George holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University and is a registered architect in Wisconsin and Ohio, an MBA in Operations Research and Management from Case Western Reserve University and post graduate work towards a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Real Estate. He served on the American Institute of Architects International Committee and provided market analysis for the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) for Midwestern markets. He has been a mentor to many students at both Case Western and UW-Madison over his career.
